New Dental Patient Information – Fresno, CA
Preparing for Your
You deserve to have a positive experience during your first visit to our dental office, and our team at Shinkawa Dental wants you to have all the information you need to make that goal a reality. Review the information on this page and take note of anything that you have further questions about; we urge you to get in touch with us before your appointment so that we can address your concerns as soon as possible and let you walk into our dental office fully prepared.
Your First Visit
If you’re a first-time visitor to our dental office, we can’t wait to meet you! After our front desk staff greets you, they’ll ask you to complete our new patient forms if you haven’t done so already; afterwards, an assistant will greet you and bring you back to our treatment area. During this initial visit, we’ll take the time to learn as much as possible about your dental history so that we have a good idea before your examination what kind of issues we need to keep an eye out for.
The links below will let you download the new patient forms that have to be completed before we can give you any kind of consultation or treatment at our dental office. If you complete the relevant paperwork now so that it’s ready by the time you get to our dental office, you’ll be able to get to your actual appointment all the sooner. Of course, you can still call our team if you have any questions about how to fill out the forms.
Here at Shinkawa Dental, we accept most traditional insurance plans so that we can pass on savings to as many patients as possible. Get in touch with us to confirm that we accept your plan and to verify the kind of benefits that you’ll be entitled to. Please note that while we do not currently participate in Health Management Organizations, our team can file your insurance claims for you so that you don’t have to worry about the paperwork side of things.
Even with dental insurance, your budget might feel a bit of a pinch once you’ve factored in the cost of your treatment. CareCredit takes the stress out of the payment process by breaking the cost of treatment into smaller, more manageable monthly payments at little to no interest. In other words, you don’t have to worry about coming up with the money all at once; you can pay a series of installments that are set at comfortable levels for you.
In-House Dental Plan
Even those who don’t have an insurance plan can still save money by scheduling an appointment at Shinkawa Dental. All you have to do is sign up for our plan and pay the appropriate membership fees, and you’ll get a discount on our various services. We can also offer a plan for your entire family, making it easier to squeeze everyone’s appointments into your budget. If you’re interested in signing up, let us know on the phone or during your next visit.
